Our Guarantee
All plants are guaranteed to arrive at your home in excellent condition, and each one is clearly labeled. They are shipped well rooted in 3-inch pots. Our customers appreciate this since the plants do not have to be rushed into the ground upon their arrival. If your plants do not arrive in excellent condition, please contact us immediately. You can choose to have either a refund or credit on a future order.

Each plant listing contains a brief description of its appearance and general uses. We make no personal claims as to the effectiveness of medicinal plants. For more detailed information about these herbs, consult well-documented books or a health practitioner.

Substitutions and Backorders
We will not make substitutions without your permission. If you wish to list acceptable substitutions, you may do so in the ‘Special Instructions’ box of the shopping cart when you check out. We will likewise not backorder unavailable plants without your permission. If some of the plants will be ready later than the specified shipping date, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to have them backordered or canceled.

Privacy Policy
We will not sell, rent, or exchange your telephone number, postal or e-mail addresses. When you place an order, we add your name to our catalog mailing list. However, if you would prefer not to receive our yearly catalog, please list this preference in the "Special Instructions" box of the shopping cart when you check-out.

Shipping Information

  1. We ship plants throughout the year. We will not ship during very hot or cold weather. If you wish to have your plants sent during a specific time period, please let us know. Otherwise, shipping will be done at our discretion.
  2. Orders are shipped either by UPS or Priority Mail. Please read the shipping instructions in the shopping cart when placing your order..
  3. We ship plants throughout the United States, including California, Hawaii and Arizona.

Gift Certificates
Our decorative gift certificates are available throughout the year and are wonderful for holidays and special occasions. We can send the certificate, along with our catalog to you or directly to the recipient.

Gift Certificate - $5.00

To order larger certificate amounts: In the shopping cart, just increase the quantity of $5.00 until you reach the desired amount. Important! If you would like the gift certificate made out to another person, or sent to a different address, please enter their information in the "Special Instructions" section on the final checkout page of the shopping cart.

Gift Wrapping and Gift Cards
We can gift wrap your purchase and include a gift card at no extra charge. The only items which we can't gift wrap are plants. During very cold weather, when we are unable to ship plants, we will send the recipient a gift card stating what the plants are and when they will arrive. There is a space for filling out gift information in the shopping cart.
