A sprawling plant that produces fleshy, edible tubes that are used in Asian cooking. Tubers are about the size and shape of your little finger. They are harvested from late fall through the winter when the plant is dormant. Can be very invasive, but does well in a large pot or can be grown by itslf in the garden
